Should be there somewhere on the forum, haven't the time at the moment,
To check.

If you can't find what you want let me know and i will check my data for,
You but may be a while getting back to you.

The data is a bit old but doesn't differ all that much to current day strike rates.

Think this is what you are after.

The stats cover Sydney and Melbourne combined, Brisbane and Adelaide and Perth combined, the major provincials (Wyong, Werribee etc), and the

country meetings.

The first set of data relates to WRAT:

All figures show the win percentage for each category

First the WRAT runners in ratings by groups.

Now the TRAT figures.

1 - 7 82.3 81.9 81.7 84.4

Also …

100 pointer Syd Mel Br, Ad,Pe Prov Ctry

is the favourite 35.1% 33.8% 35.0% 34.7%

100 pointer if 27.8% 27.1% 28.9% 28.4%

highest win %

100 pointer if

highest average 27.1% 26.9% 29.3% 30.3%

prizemoney

Don’t have the time tonight to comment on the figures except say that overall they seemed to have improved last year on their long term figures.

Also it is worth noting the strength in the provincial and country figures despite the presence of many maidens and class 1 races. In my opinion this is partly due to marginally smaller fields at some tracks but especially to the fact that these races lack the depth of the city fields which are very evenly graded, particularly in Sydney and Melbourne.

Also note how the addition of other factors (win %, average prizemoney etc) will improve the strike rate of the horse. hope this helps.

Cheers.
Garyf.

No these results are from the website itself.

The way i incorporate my own (selection technique(s)) is completely,
Different thus my strike rates differ hugely to the ones i gave out.

Mine are much higher.

I have incorporated my own spreadsheet where i download the,
Panels (all 8 of them) then enter the final qualifiers with various filters for profitability manually i might add, as a lot of things are sourced from other sites etc.

I suggest you visit the website i posted to get more ideas on,
How to go about using the selections and what suits your individual needs.

Good luck with it, they can be very profitable when used the right way.

You will have to do work yourself to determine the best way to go about it.

I will advise when i can, but you have to realize this is my full time job,
So i can only answer certain questions.

Cheers.

Using the D.F.S panels these are my bettable races today.

M/ville.
R1-6-8

B/DGO.
R3-5-7-8.

IPSWICH.
R2-5

P/HAM.
R3-5-6

MURWILL.
R4-7-8-9

SCONE.

R2-5-6-7-8

I don't bet on W.A as many of there Prov-Cntry dont,
Have fixed odds.

I also don't bet on night meetings.

I don't bet on any of these races listed above,
Where the opening bookies price is odds on, =<$1.95.

Whether they get out to $2.0=> or greater later on.

When i was doing my own form ratings and videos,
My setup was completely different, re the race type and minimum price.

With the D.F.S panels as they are different to what i was doing previously, After a stack of anaylsis, this is the way i choose to go.

I average around 100 races per week.
These 4 states and race types.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.
Garyf.

There is no evidence that supports W.A metro or their

PROV CNTRY Circuit and the night meetings run in the 3 states can't be profitable,
Using the right panel(s)

It's just for various reasons of my own, i choose not to bet there.

Cheers.

Tom to give you a bit of a start i suggest this.

Record the 1-2-3-4 Best Overall panel.
Record the 1-2 Skyform rating panel.

This will give you the best main chances till you,
Decide what race types, States, odds etc,
You want to bet on.

A lot of the time you will have 4 selections sometimes 5,
It's what and how you use them that determines profitability.

That's a start, you can progress from there as more data accumulates.

Cheers.
Gary.
