I dont see the point myself as one never knows what weight their carrying.

I used to follow the Trackwork in the sportsman, highlighted anything that ran Trackwork at above average speed (can't think of the benchmark i set anymore), then backed it if they ran before the following Monday. Used to get some good priced winners in Queensland, then the sportsman reduced the information on Trackwork, i couldn't find any other sources for Trackwork results. So i stopped.
