Make Money Betting Horses

Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.

Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Here are the latest horses to be added to our Horse Watch list.

Flemington - Newmarket Handicap Day

Europa Point:
Second up this promising Lee Freedman trained 3YO filly had no luck in the $400,000 3YO Fillies Group 2 Kewney Stakes. Passing the 800 she was tightened in running by Fomalite. Then Europa Point was held up rounding the home turn and shuffled back through the field until the 200. To top it off she finished the race slightly lame.

Tollesprit:
This 3YO Shane Fliedner trained gelding ran a huge race in the $1,000,000 Group1 Newmarket Handicap and finished only three lengths from the winner, Wanted, despite suffering major interference at the 400. Tollesprit has four wins from 11 starts and is certainly worth following.

Warwick Farm

Montana Flyer:
This Gai Waterhouse trained 4YO mare was badly held up in the straight and went to the line hard held. Here three previous runs this time in were two seconds and a win. Forget Montana Flyer ever went round at Warwick Farm.
