This John Hawkes' trained 4YO gelding has made a habit of big runs at huge odds. Last year he finished third in the Group 1 Manikato Stakes at $31.00 and then followed that up with a second, beaten a short head by Dilly Dally in the Group 2 T. J. Smith Stakes at odds of $15.00. First up from a spell at Caulfield last Saturday, he finished third in the Group 1 Oakleigh Plate at odds of $17.00.
