The Gai Waterhouse trained Rock Kingdom didn't have the best of luck in running in the Rosehill Guineas. Despite that he still finished a very close third to the winner, Metal Bender.

Ahdashim:
Gerald Ryan's smart 3YO gelding has yet to win this time in. On Saturday in the 3YO Listed Darby Munro Stakes over 1200 metres Ahdashim ran his third second in a row in Black-Type company this time in. A win is surely just around the corner.

Altitude:
First up, and starting at $26.00 with the bookies, Peter Snowden's 3YO filly impressed with an excellent third to About Ready. This filly has one win from eight starts. It was her only start on a Heavy track. Should the rain come down definitely get on as she has come back from a spell bigger and stronger.
