Make Money Betting Horses

Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.

Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Here are the latest horses to be added to our Horse Watch list.

Moonee Valley

Arch Symbol:
This lightly raced 6YO gelding ran a great race second up, finishing a close second to Philda over 1200 metres in Open Handicap company. Arch Symbol has a great winning strike rate of seven wins from just 15 starts. The gelding is fit and ready to win next start in similar company.

Randwick

Stifle:
First up from a spell this Peter Snowden trained 4YO gelding finished a strong second over 1400 metres at huge double figure odds to Bejewelled. Stifle has some ability. Judging by its forward showing first up, Stifle could be set for a good campaign.

Doomben

Landlord:
Bart Cummings promising 3YO stayer has been racing very consistently and finished third in a three way photo for first at Doomben in the 3YO Group 3 Grand Prix Stakes run over 2200 metres. That is five consecutive placings for Landlord, including two wins. Landlord could yet win a big race at the Brisbane Winter Carnival.
