Make Money Betting Horses

Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.

Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Here are the latest runners to be added to our Horse Watch list.

Randwick

Grand Traverse:
This John Hawkes trained 3YO gelding is smart. He easily won on Saturday and will win plenty more races.

Banabolda:
Our video analysts liked the first up run of this 4YO mare. Banabolda also has an excellent strike rate - four wins and four placings from nine starts.

Media:
This filly finished third in the Golden Slipper. She has returned from a sell as a top class 3YO. Her win on Saturday was outstanding.

Stratum:
He won the Golden Slipper in March this year. His first up fourth to Media was also a good run.

Caulfield

Regal Roller:
Caulfield specialist Regal Roller returned as a 6YO with a great win in the Group 3 Weight for Age Bletchingly Stakes. That was his ninth win from 17 starts at the track. It's also worth noting that he finished an excellent fifth in the Group 1 Cox Plate last year.

Eagle Farm

Vitruvian:
This 3YO colt looks smart. He followed up an effortless win in an Eagle Farm maiden with an impressive 3YO Class 6 win. This lightly raced colt has won both starts this time in.

Cajun Steel:
He put in a great run finishing second in a Quality Handicap to the smart Words Of Magic. This 5YO gelding is hard race fit and ready to win.

Morphettville

Battle Boy:
This Leon Macdonald trained 3YO gelding ran a great second in his first race. He was sent out at huge odds. On that run he is worth following up. He could be smarter than connections thought.
