Make Money Betting Horses

Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.

Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Here are the latest runners to be added to our Horse Watch list.

The Free Stater:
Returning from a spell Paul Cave's 4YO gelding was an impressive winner of the Group 3 Frederick Clissold Stakes. This lightly raced gelding boasts an outstanding record of six wins from 10 start.

Caulfield - C. F. Orr Stakes Day

David Hayes' promising 2YO colt knuckled over and went on his knees at the jump, nearly dislodging jockey Craig Williams. Despite this, Zizou finished second by a long neck to Shrewd Rhythm. Zizou was the best of good things beaten.

How Brave:
Our Brisbane video analyst liked the first up run of this gelding in 3YO Class 6 company, second by a half head to Cruskit. How Brave has two wins and three placings from five starts.
