Make Money Betting Horses

Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.

Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Warwick Farm

Ichihara:
This Allan Denham trained 2YO filly followed up a first start win at Wyong by comfortably winning in 2YO Open company by nearly 2 lengths. This filly is definitely worth following on these performances.

Flemington

Pied A Terre:
Sent out at $6.00 second favourite, Peter Snowden's 3YO gelding ran a nice second to Green Moon in the Group 2 Blamey Stakes. Pied A Terre now has 4 wins and 2 seconds from just 6 race starts and after four runs this campaign should be at peak race fitness.

Doomben

Arctic:
Brian Smith's 3YO gelding was bumped at the start and then suffered interference shortly after the start. At the 300 metres Arctic had to shift out for a run. With bad luck in running, Arctic, which started at $9.50, finished second by a nose to the $2.40 favourite, What About Me. Arctic, which now has a win and two seconds from 5 race starts, was a good thing beaten. It's definitely worth following.
