Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.

John O'Shea's lightly raced 4YO horse made an impressive return to racing after a spell of five months. He finished a close second to Bobadah in Welter company.
Solo Flyer:
Bart Cummings's 2YO colt ran a huge race for second in 2YO Group 1 company over 1600 metres. Specked from $41.00 to start at $31.00, he looked the likely winner until grabbed by Meurice in the last 50 metres. Solo Flyer has been thereabouts in previous races against quality company. He looks quite capable of winning a Group 1 race at huge odds.
