Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.

Mark Kavanagh's 3YO gelding didn't have the clearest of runs in the Doncaster Handicap. Despite this Whobegotyou finished a close third to the winner, Vision And Power. With luck in running Whobegotyou could have won.

Geared Up:
Our Sydney video analyst was impressed by the solid run of this Joseph Pride trained 3YO gelding in 3YO Group 3 company behind Fravashi and Over The Wicket. Geared up looks capable of winning a Group race at big odds.

Rock Home Late:
Sent out at double figure odds, Lee Freedman's promising 3YO gelding was held up for clear running until near the 200 metres. He finished the race off nicely for third behind Offenders and Awimoweh.
