3. Third up, it was tremendous value because of this run and went on to win at the great odds of $22.20!

2. It was a 1000 metres sprint which is regularly won by a first up horse.

4. It had a top first up record of 5 wins from 10 starts.
5. Maybe punters were put off because it was a 9 year old.
6. But it won a $135,000 race at its previous start, on August 2!
7. At the odds it was fantastic value in this $100,000 race.

2. You'll Never was the only horse that had never missed a place first up - 3 first up runs for 3 seconds.

2. It was the 3YO fillies Group 2 Edward Manifold Stakes at Flemington.
3. In that race Fontein Ruby started at $6.00 and carried 55.5kg.
4. Now 2 weeks later, down in class in 3YO fillies Group 3 company, Fontein Ruby started at $13.00 and carried 55kg. - less weight!
