Lucky Lil's Longshots & Bolters Horse Racing Betting System

Here is a very simple betting system that Lucky Lil has used as a leg in to find surprise winning horses at double figure odds at city meetings over the years.

Here are the rules.

1. The horse must have been unplaced in its last four runs in its current campaign. This means it must have finished fourth or worse.

2. The horse must have finished less than three lengths from the winner at its last three starts.

3. Its last run must have been a city run.
