Here are the rules.

1. The horse must have been beaten by at least five lengths first up from a spell.

2. It must have had at least 10 starts.

3. It must have finished in the first two at least 50% of the time.

4. The horse must have won at least twice over the distance of its second up run.

5. Its second up run must be no more than four weeks after its first up run.
