The Track, Distance and First Up Horse Racing Betting System
This simple horse racing betting system selection method looks for consistent horses who are first up specialists or can handle the track or distance for their coming race.
It's amazing how often this betting system snares winners at big odds, such as Bella Dolce, $21.00 winner at Morphettville on Saturday, 21st. September, 2013. Bella Dolce was first up from a spell and had an outstanding first up record of 3 wins and 1 second from 5 starts.
Here are the rules for metropolitan tracks:
1. The horse must have won at least three times at the track or first up from a spell if it is first up or over the distance of the race. (Allow 100 metres either side.)
2. Its winning strike rate at the track, or the distance or first up must also be 40% or better.
3. If more than one qualifier back all horses if odds allow.
4. Do not take short odds.
