The Pre Post Market Horse Racing Betting System

This very simple horse racing betting system makes use of Saturday morning's prepost markets and tipster polls to find its winners. Here are the rules for metropolitan tracks:

1. Use different prepost markets from two Saturday morning papers. You can substitute one of the papers for or an online bookmaker.

2. Qualifiers are in the first three lines of betting in both pre post markets.

3. A line of betting is an individual price. For example the favourite may be $3.00. That is the first line of betting. There may be two horses next at $5.00. That is the second line of betting and so on.

4. Once you have your qualifiers eliminate any horses that haven't raced in the last four weeks unless they are first up from a spell of three months or more.

5. Now eliminate all horses that are top pick in the newspaper tipster poll.

6. For the remaining horses see that they have a barrier draw no wider than nine after scratchings and do not rise in weight by any more than 2.5 kilos after claims.

7. If there is more than one qualifier in a race back the horse at longest odds or all if odds permit. Do not take short odds about any horse.
